Eating in Liébana
Liébana is meant to be eaten slowly. The cocido lebaniego with its Pedrosillo chickpeas, the DOP quesucos, the Bejes-Tresviso blue cheese matured in caves, the honey from the valleys and the orujo that closes the meal. Everything we mention here is less than an hour from the house, and nearly all of it under twenty minutes.
